Data we collect

Inquiry forms: name, company, country, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, website, product type, application, quantity range, size range, fabric preference, printing process, Pantone references, target delivery date, target price and your message.

Uploaded files: design artwork you attach (AI, PDF, PSD, PNG or JPG). Files are used only to prepare and produce your quotation and order.

Technical data: if you consent to analytics, aggregated usage data such as pages viewed, language and referrer, collected by Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

Why we use your data

To answer your inquiry, prepare a quotation, produce samples and fulfil orders; to keep production records (patterns, screens, Pantone recipes) for reorders; and to meet export, tax and warranty obligations.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Cookies and consent

This site loads no advertising or tracking cookies before you consent. Analytics (GA4) is loaded only after you accept; declining is as easy as accepting and you can withdraw consent at any time.

Third parties

Third-party processors we use: Cloudflare (website hosting and storage of enquiry records on its global network), Resend (delivery of quotation and order emails), and Google Analytics 4 (website usage statistics, loaded only after you consent). If you contact us by WhatsApp, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own terms.

Retention

If you ask us to delete your data, we do so within 30 days of receiving the request. Otherwise, enquiry correspondence and uploaded artwork are kept for up to 90 days from your last contact and then deleted automatically. Production and export records are kept only for the period required by applicable law.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, a copy in a portable format, and withdrawal of consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] — this is our monitored business inbox and the fastest way to get a written record of your request. You may also reach us by phone or WhatsApp (see the channels on this page). We delete the data covered by your request within 30 days of receiving it.
