Samples & Prototyping
Sampling is where a design becomes a repeatable product. We check the artwork, make the mould or screen, press or stitch a physical sample and send photos before anything goes to bulk.
Artwork check
We confirm size, colour count, minimum line width and file format, and tell you what must change before a sample can be made.
Mould or screen
Each process needs its own tooling: a mould for silicone, a screen for printing, digitising for embroidery. Tooling is charged once per design.
Physical sample and approval
You receive photos and, if you want, the physical sample by courier. Bulk starts only after written approval of that sample.
