Question 1

Which patch type works on my fabric?

Accepted Answer

Tell us the fabric and coating. We test adhesion on your actual material before quoting, because coatings and waterproof finishes change which processes can bond at all.

Question 2

How small can a patch be?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the process: woven holds fine small text best, embroidery loses detail below a certain size, and heat transfer keeps thin lines. We confirm the workable minimum from your artwork.

Question 3

Can you match our brand colours?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send Pantone TCX codes and we match threads, films and inks to them. We show the matched colours on a physical sample before bulk.

Question 4

What is the minimum order quantity?

Accepted Answer

Minimum order quantity varies by product line: patches and labels each have their own minimum. We confirm the current minimum for your item with your quote.

Question 5

How is the unit price built up?

Accepted Answer

Size, colour count, quantity and backing drive the unit price, plus a one-time tooling charge per design for processes that need a mould or screen.

Question 6

Why is there no price list on the website?

Accepted Answer

Because size, backing, effect and quantity change the unit cost. We quote per project and keep your target price in mind when proposing options.

Question 7

How long does a sample take?

Accepted Answer

Sampling time depends on the process: printed samples are faster, and a new mould adds time. We confirm the schedule with your quotation, plus shipping time to your country.

Question 8

Is the sample fee refundable?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The sample fee is credited to your first bulk order above the minimum. Shipping is charged at cost.

Question 9

Can I get a free sample?

Accepted Answer

We can send existing plain samples and print effect swatches free of charge; a custom sample with your own artwork is charged and then credited to your bulk order.

Question 10

What is your standard lead time?

Accepted Answer

Bulk lead time depends on the product, quantity and season. We confirm the delivery date when we quote your order, and a rush channel is available on request.

Question 11

Which shipping terms do you support?

Accepted Answer

FOB, EXW, CIF and DDP by sea, air or express, with full export documentation including packing list and certificate of origin.

Question 12

How do you handle peak season?

Accepted Answer

Production slots are booked when the deposit is received. We publish cut-off dates in advance and confirm your slot in writing with the quotation.

Question 13

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

T/T bank transfer is standard, with L/C at sight available for larger orders. Deposit before production, balance before shipment.

Question 14

What if there is a quality problem?

Accepted Answer

Tell us as soon as you find an issue and send photos with the quantity involved. We confirm the cause and agree on repair, replacement or credit.

Question 15

Will a reorder match the first sample?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We keep your artwork, screens, thread and colour recipe on file, and we check the reorder against the approved sample before shipment.

Question 16

Which file formats do you need?

Accepted Answer

Vector AI or PDF, with Pantone TCX codes. High-resolution PNG or JPG is acceptable if you have no vector file.

Question 17

Will you keep our artwork confidential?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We sign an NDA before you share unreleased designs, and artwork is stored on restricted servers.

Question 18

Do you reproduce league or event branding?

Accepted Answer

Only with written proof that you hold the licence. We do not print third-party league, federation or event marks without it.
