Everything from cutting to packing runs inside our own building, so your production schedule is decided by the people who actually run the machines.
Production flow
Cutting → sewing → silicone heat transfer → tunnel curing → inspection → packing. Each stage is tracked by job number, and you receive progress updates against your confirmed slot.
Peak season capacity
Production slots are booked when the deposit is received. We publish cut-off dates in advance and confirm your slot in writing, so a pre-season launch date stays realistic.
