Quality control
Quality is checked at three stages, not at the end. Every bulk run is tested for peel strength, stretch recovery and wash fastness before it leaves the building.
IQC — incoming materials
Fabric, silicone raw material and accessories are inspected against the approved sample before they reach the line: weight, colour, shrinkage and compliance documents.
IPQC — in-process
Print registration, thickness and cure state are checked on the line at set intervals, and any deviation is corrected before the next batch is printed.
OQC — final inspection
Finished garments are inspected to the agreed AQL level, with measurement, print adhesion and packing checks. Photos and the inspection record are available before shipment.
