Artwork files: what to send
Vector AI or PDF with Pantone TCX codes is the fastest path. High-resolution PNG or JPG works if you have no vector file — expect small text to be simplified before sampling.

Patch size: practical ranges
Size drives both the tooling and the unit price. Caps and sleeves usually sit in the small range; back panels and jackets go larger. Tell us the position and we will advise a workable size.
Backing options compared
Iron-on, sew-on, hook & loop and self-adhesive each suit a different garment and wash cycle. Removable options exist for uniforms that are rented or rotated between wearers.
Applying the patch: heat press basics
Temperature, dwell time and pressure depend on the patch and the fabric. We send the settings with your sample and recommend a test press on the actual fabric first.
