Q: How long does a sample take?

Sampling time depends on the process: printed samples are faster, and a new mould adds time. We confirm the schedule with your quotation, plus shipping time to your country.

Q: Is the sample fee refundable?

Yes. The sample fee is credited to your first bulk order above the minimum. Shipping is charged at cost.

Q: Can I get a free sample?

We can send existing plain samples and print effect swatches free of charge; a custom sample with your own artwork is charged and then credited to your bulk order.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantity varies by product line: patches and labels each have their own minimum. We confirm the current minimum for your item with your quote.

Q: How is the unit price built up?

Size, colour count, quantity and backing drive the unit price, plus a one-time tooling charge per design for processes that need a mould or screen.

Q: Why is there no price list on the website?

Because size, backing, effect and quantity change the unit cost. We quote per project and keep your target price in mind when proposing options.
